the apartment was neat, had favourable and ideal location very close to westlands, nairobi, and riverside. the staff was amicable and polite and helped with late checkout. everything was perfect as expected nevertheless the bathroom i had was disgusting.

During my stay at Edmor Residences Riverside, I found the apartment to be clean and beautiful. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the room itself was cozy and comfortable. The location was accessible and quiet, perfect for my studies. Tabor, the staff member who helped us, was very welcoming and explained everything to us in great detail. We also ordered food from the hotel, and it was excellent. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. The showers took some time to heat up, and the room was a bit cold.

We thoroughly enjoyed that the apartment was comfortable. During the stay we used kitchen and cooked breakfast by ourselves. Bedding was spacious, complete with hypoallergenic pillows.

The accommodation was clean, conveniently located near Westlands, the city center, and restaurants, and the neighborhood was fantastic.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and had a beautiful interior design which I absolutely loved. The quiet environment allowed me to have a peaceful night's sleep, and I even woke up to the soothing sound of birds chirping. The living room was my favorite area, it was so elegant and comfortable. the fast and reliable internet connection allowed me to stream and enjoy some entertainment.

I had to endure a very cold night as the duvet did not provide enough warmth. I had to shower with cold water throughout my stay despite reporting the issue to the management.

The value for money at Edmor Residences Riverside was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

I loved the fact that there was 24hr fast internet and reliable entertainment. The apartment was well-decorated and very clean, with daily servicing. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. Checking in was easy, and the overall stay was pleasant and quiet, perfect for focusing on work or having some private time.

The staff here were really friendly and helpful. Everything during my stay was great and they even offered to iron my clothes for free! Having a fully equipped kitchen was awesome. And they do have wheelchair accessible facilities, just like they said they did. ♿
